I m a mother of 4weeks child breastfeeding...but dibce last 2 days my breasts feel soft...unlike hard before ... What does it mean..?no supply? please help

Dear doctor, Yesterday my baby completed 3 months.. When my baby is around 2 months he drink milk around 90ml..but suddenly since 2 weeks he is not drinking enough milk..also he gets hungry in 4-5 hrs..he can stay like that upto 5 hrs without taking milk .I m very much worried now ..why he is not getting hungry??

Hi, My daughter is 3months now with 5kg wgt. and this is first time she is so unstable, from last two days she is suffering from loose motions and the colour and state of the same has also been changed from thick yellow to greenish liquid. Yesterday it was slow and in the whole day she did it 4-5 times but today the nos. and the frequency increased, every 2 hrs she is loosing and even vomited twice. Few minutes before I gave her an anti vomiting drop and probiotics,ie, Emeset(few drops) and Entrogermina(1spoon) in the morning but She is still loosing, plz suggest if some other medical help is also required or need to go for other medications. Your kind supervision would be a great help. Regards!!

Dear sir/madam Iam pavitra my son age is 3 years actually he had light fever and cold cough , so I given medicine as per his previous report now he is better but yesterday night while urinating his urine colou is  light red and also morning . after some time his urine clour is light orange. I want to ask regarding my daughter she is 2 year and 2 months old. My son is 6 months old weighing 7.5 kgs He has slight fever , cold nd cough nd sneeze. My pediatrician suggested wikoryl syrup 3ml thrice daily. But I feel the dose is high., Is it correct as per his age nd weight???
