Can we give Dabur lal gutti to a 3 month old baby ? As if he has signs of colic issues kindly advice as we can give or any other alternative for the baby

My 3.5 years old daughter (weight 15kg) is suffering of cough and cold. I have started Maxtra Syrup 5ml thrice a day since yesterday. She started with dry cough but now it's wet cough for her. Shall I start Ambrolite S along with Maxtra??

My baby was having loose motion more than 20 times in a day so we hospitilised him. Since he had infection so he was given antibiotic. Now after 3 days he was discharged. He is on entrogermina 2times daily for 3 days, zinc for 11 days , rantac 2.5ml 2 times before food daily, neopeptine 2.5ml daily after food and zerolac. But it's almost 7-8 days he is having looose motion more than 20-25 times. What should we do please suggest.
