Child Health Issues

Hello  just an enquiry my son is 8yrs old and  as soon as he eats anything with in 10 mints he goes to toilet though he is active and no stomach pain or anything. He is only 22 kg for his age. Plz  let me know if I need to check anything

My 7 month baby had cold last week so I used saline drops for three days and he recovered from that but past three days he is having dry cough which affects his sleep he is very active no fever taking food and urinate more often and no other symptoms like cold also please suggest any remedy or syrup to recover

Dear Doctors, My niece 5yr old baby girl, is having unending fever since 14th July. The fever ranges between 99-100.2. Upon examining NO Typhoid, Malaria, Urine infection have been detected. Chest X-Ray and Ultrasound reports were Normal. The only problem which doctor said was she was ANAEMIC, HB was 7.60. However, we are making her eat Pomegrante and apples and other fruits but fever still persists. She run, walk, do activities like a normal kid but the continuous fever is giving us chills. She sweats alot. Heartbeat is relatively fast. Due to unending Fever she is getting weak & getting tired relatively early. !!!!.......Please Suggest and Help......!!!!! My baby is 2y2m old and his soft spot is still not closed, a very small portion is yet to be hard. Baby is otherwise in good health and have met all milestones. Is there anything to worry about?

My four month old daughter I have felt that her one of the rib from left rib cage is coming lil bit outward ...only one rib ...she don't feel kind of pain or anything nd not visible by eyes but with hands I can feel it ...now what to do ...in last visit I went to doc they examine her just from above nd acc to them there is no issue but I m still lil bit worried I can feel it through hands
