My 2 month old son hits himself and mattress a lot with the back of his hands when he wakes up. Tries to scratch eyes i guess. This happens everytime he wakes up for a good amount of time. Is this normal

Hi  doctor.. i am mother of 2 year old and he is always on distraction feeding.. so he have screen time while eating.. from past few days he is blinking his eyes some times hard.. like a hard blink out of 10 normal blinks while watching tv or mbl while eating on high chair.. later we shifted him from highchair to floor.. then he forgot for one week.. from two days we started using high chair again and he started blinking again.. is there any reason behind.. please help..
