Hi doc There is swelling and redness in my daughter's hand. I guess this is mosquitoe bite or some allergy. What should i apply so that the swelling and redness gets normal? Attaching photo as well. Thanks in advance

I have a 11weeks old baby and she is crying a lot since evening. She cried the same way 3 weeks before when she had her vaccinations and I feel she is crying the same way today. Didn't want to feed as well and fed after a long while. Only thing I could see is a boil forming in bcg site and some insect bite like in legs. Will bcg boil/blister cause pain to baby? Also I can see a lump/knot in dtp site and it's been 3 weeks. Is it something to worry about?
