My 3 n hlf month daughter is having loose .She is under medication from past 4 days but its not stopped & she has not lost her weight. Below is the test result of her stool. Can anyone tell me what is the medication to be given & till how many days it will continue

Hello. Her stool routine is positive suggestive of bacteria infection as there are pus cells and RBCs. Is the stool culture done? Any fever ? What medications she is on?
