Crying baby
My 2 month old baby has been crying a lot during night for past few days. She is crying while passing gas, arching the back, lifting legs, passing bad smelling gas and her stomach looks so swollen. She is very sleepy as well. She hasn't pooped for 4 days. She usually poops once in a week. The doctor gave colimin drops but no cure. Please help

Hello. Night time cry in newborn babies is mostly due to evening colic. Try to give Neopeptine or Colicaid drops 0.5ml and try to console the baby. Not pooped for 4 days is not a problem.
Next Steps
Get a pediatrician consultation done to examine the baby if you still feel her stomach is swollen after following above advise.

This is infantile colic of abdomen. Normal phenomenon but very irritating. Need to give Gastica drops thrice daily for 4 weeks. Mothers should feed the baby longer 15-20 minutes every time and properly burping to be done.
Next Steps
Mothers should avoid spicy foods and lots of tea intake.
Health Tips
Poop doesn’t matter the days but should be soft while passing. Hope this helps.
