My baby is 1month old,his lips are turning dark I wipe it off with wet cloth after every time I feed but no use....how do I get rid of this...? Will the lips turn to its original color or it remain black.?

2 year old niece gets fever again and again almost 3 to 4 times a months no other complaints is this something problematic what to be done temp ranges from 100 to 101 attached the latest report plz suggest
