  4. Bump on head. To worry please assist.

I have just now noticed a bump at the back of his head which is moving when touched and he is not allowing me to touch. It is size of grape. Is there anything to worry please assist.

It may be a lymph node which indicates old infection. Usually nothing to worry about  Needs physical check up. Please visit a pediatrician.
