My son age 2years 4 months, he is unable to walk properly.. he is not stable while walking. He will fall backside mostly... he fear alot for sounds. Speaking only one or two words. Hand flapping.. development delay since from birth. Please suggest what to do. EEg normal and MRI normal.

Yes , looks developmental delay in mile stones. Wait and watch. You have to take child for physical check up to any pediatrician. We are available, but my clinic is closed due to pandemic. It looks it will open in Jan22.
