Unable to walk by own
My 1 year old son ( DOB 18th August 2024 ) is unable to walk by his own He stands by his own with or without support Regularly we r giving him multi vitamin and D3 drops He is using a walker and responds everything What to do now ??

There is still time for your baby to start walking, so please continue to watch his growth. We still have another 3–4 months for him to achieve this milestone. Since he is already standing without support, that’s a very good sign. Please give him some more time. You can continue with vitamin D and multivitamins as advised. But remember, supplements are secondary—the main focus should always be on adequate complementary feeding. Make sure the food you are providing is sufficient for his age and growth needs.
