2+ YR GIRLD CHILD HAVING HARD STOOL.
My granddaughter of 2 and half yrs. Old always starts crying bitterly during her latrine time because of her hard stool. Her Diet is more or less like this, @morning she takes Ceregrow milk food ( along with almond/walnut mixed extra separatly), @lunch she takes rice with fish Curry, then after fruit juice. @evening she takes cow milk with biscuit. @dinner she takes again rice and fish curry / dal . IS HER DIET PLAN IS OKAY? AND SECONDLY WHAT and WHEN SHOULD WE GIVE HER TO EAT TO SOFTEN HER STOOL ? Thank you.

Hello Grandpa, Menu is wonderful.Add banana with breakfast.Add apple steamed to serve with a spo with lunch Or 4pm. . Instead of fish you can give spinach mixed with carrot. In between always offer water and oranges and sweet lime. For dinner you give vegetables mixed with egg prepation. You can use cottage cheese. At supper milk with bournvita  . I am sure with lots of fibre and water or fruits she will be better. Don't forget toilet training. If we don't succeed, add sorbiline 1tsf HS Let us try this , we still many more options. Alway keep her socially engaged and mentally challenged.
