Urination and stool
My baby three week old. We give breast feeding 6 times and formula feed six times a day As i have low milk supply. Baby urinates after eveey feed or hour is it normal?? Baby passes stool once in  two days?? Is it normal?? Today he passed urine like two times in an hour twice

I feel so long the child is comfortable , sleeps well and is satisfied, it is ok. Go ahead with the same schedule. Don t change it. Babies don't like frequent changes.

It's normal for a baby on breastfeeding and formula feeding every 2nd hourly to pass urine so frequently. it is a good sign of adequate hydration status of your baby. Motion once in 2 days or 2-3 times in a day is also normal. So, relax.
Next Steps
Keep a watch on urine flow direction...it should be in a fountain way ideally if he is a boy. if

Yes both urine and stool patterns are normal. Due to cold weather, babies pass urine frequently. Potty they can pass upto once in 4 days. Though potty schedule is very variable in formula fed
