Neutrophils low and lymphocytes high

My daughter 3 months old had vaccination done on Feb 17th 2022 for polio and other virus. We have done CBC on 14th March. Her neutrophils are low as 15 and lymphocytes are high as 81. Is it ok?

Fever 103 and low fever earlier

My nephew travelled from rourkela to nawadip a month ago and came back to rourkela 1 week ago. In this one month he had vomiting follows by fever two times about 1 week gap. He had mild fever also for last five days ( 98/99) , yesterday he had fever 103 with mild cough and sore throat... What's the prblm? He is taking only paracetamol.
