Hello doctor my baby is having fever from yesterday.she is 4 month old.From yesterday night she is not sleeping today morning we felt she is having fever.we are using AC at temp of 28.Today we have vaccine schedule also.she is taking her feed as usual.Right now I have given paracetamol syrup.She is not crying much.
Shall I take vaccine for her today or not?
What will be the cause of her fever suddenly?

Vaccine is not given during fever. Postpone it. Keep AC temperature lower at 27 and check. Hot body can be due to hot weather. Sponge her body with lukewarm water. If she gets fever again after few hours, visit a pediatrician
