Less communication
My daughter will be 3 coming April. She talks well with me and hubby. But if anybody eg, neighbour, pedestrian say hi to her, she doesn't respond. That's my only concern. She also won't say bye. She's going to play school. All other children if I say bye, they respond and tell me bye. But she shows only hand movements and doesn't open her mouth. If anyone ask her name, she just smiles and doesnt tell. This is not always but most of the time. My neighbour says she's feeling either shy or fear. How to overcome her fear or shyness?

You need to involve her with more activities that are children inclusive. A sport or fun class or activity. The more she gets to interact, the better. Do not keep telling her that she should talk to others. Stranger danger is very important too. For more info and helpful tips, you can follow me on Instagram @pediatrician_india !
