My son got covaxin vaccination on January 5, 2022 at around 12:09 PM. Until yesterday 1:00 he had only hand pain, but all of a sudden he got a fever of 99 and I gave him Dolo 650 mg, but every three hours the fever returns and today he has fever, headache, body ache and is feeling tired a lot...I don't know what to do. Please help

Dear Sir/Madam, My son, 11 months old is having bad mouth smell, started since 4 -5 days. We changed milk powder from nan pro 2 to nusobee caesin due to loose motions. He is also having cold, we are using syrup for the same. Please advise whether this smell is due to milk powder or cold or heat etc and remedy as well. Thanks in advance.

Hello doctor, my baby is 4.5 months old not rolling at all even she only goes to left side when shes angry or excited but not complete roll. Sometimes once in 5 6 times shes does roll from tummy to back but thats all other milestons Laughing smiling cooing all day. kicks objects which come to her reach conterates on every moving objects try to get hold of objects that interest her goes ahead while on tummy by pushing hard surface with legs plays with my finger wants to stand all day long and tries to get up on her own Is it normal for her to not roll. i m worried

Hello, my daughter is 4.8 yrs old, weight 19.6 kgs. She has had fever from last evening. Goes upto 102. With p250 6 ml it reduces abd then comes back up after 2 hrs and I can't give her another dose so I wait it out while it touches 101.7 again. Today I gave her a dose at 5am and her gene continued to 102.i gave her the next dose at 1030 am. It's come down to 101.5 after 2 hrs but not going down beyond that. Doctor advised to wait for 2 days before blood tests and give meftalp after 2 hrs of p250 if it doesnt go down. Can meftalp be given every 6 hrs for a couple of days. There are no other symptoms except she's a Lil gassy and pooped hard. Please advise if this could be dengue or something or I can wait a couple of days. I'm worried. Thank you.
