Child Health Issues

Hello Dr. Baby is 6months old. Not at all sleeping, he is awake whole day and at night also not sleeping properly, every 10 to 15 mins keeps on waking up and wants to be carried and held all the time at night. What to do for that?

She vomit after awake in morning, transparent, we gave Neopeptine, she felt better for a while, then she is telling me pain in the stomach, back and thighs

My 3year son is not speaking properly. He will blabber the rhymes. Whenever I tried to teach him mama papa he don't want to listen and just ignore. He won't listen what we are trying to tell him and engage himself in playing. But he will do correct actions for rhymes which I taught him. He won't respond when someone calls out his name. He won't listen when we ask him to fetch something, to talk something. Please advise
