My baby is 2months 22 days old, she is vomiting milk after every feed from yesterday, she is vomiting milk as it is she drunk, Iam giving her breast milk only,is it normal or what can i use to reduce this

My toddler who is 2 year old girl baby is not eating.. she refuses almost all the meals.. we force feed her.. she weights 9.4.. we tried multivance and polybion syrup to increase the appetite but it is of no help.. should we try any other syrup to increase the hunger.. please suggest

Hi had my 2nd child on 23 Jan 2020 , my son was happy but he needs me the most..he is not communicating with us... talking to by his own ... telling his rhymes whatever he Learn from the phone .. laptop, we stopped his screen time but still not talking with us...
