Hi my kid is 2 months old baby...not done potty since 4 days passing smelly gas while farting but baby is active breastfeeding more... Passing urine normal... given colicoid before for gas , body cramping and spiting cuurd like breast milk after burping also ... Pls help out did her 2 nd vaccination last Friday.

You can wait for 5 days for stools if gas is passed, no vomiting.
You can otherwise use a pediatric glycerine suppository per rectally for the stool to come out.
