Child Health Issues

My daughter is 27months old,her weight is 12.5kgs,she has got cold and runny nose,nose is choked up,breathing from mouth,can t minic syrup be given?wat should be the dose?

Doctor my daughter is 13 month's old and her weight is 10.3 kg . I am very upset that for a long time my daughter did not eat anything except my breast milk from the beginning even she did not like formula milk but now she is 13 months old, she still has the same condition. She is hungry the whole day but she has to drink nothing except breast milk, fruits pulses other milk doesn't like anything, if you force feed, she cries a lot, becomes panic, sometimes she vomits like this for how long  If it goes like this, her growth will stop, I don't understand how it will start eating food . for the whole day even if I do not feed it, even if I do not get my breast milk still does not make any difference to it like it does not feel hungry at all. When I sit down to eat, I try to feed her as well that maybe she likes to eat, but even then she does not eat, doctor, something will happen so that children start eating food, please help doctor..now I don't even have enough breast milk to fill her

My baby has frequent stools in a day, mostly after every feeding. It's like he passes stool almost 10-15 times in small quantities. He does not burp after feeding instead passes the gas through down. With every passage of gas his poop also goes. Stool is semi solid with water. Full term baby. His weight also increasing in slow rate. Now he just reached his birth weight after initial fall. He is 20 days old. Frequent loose stools could be the reason??

My 5 month old baby is doing hard poop from past few days. He is putting very much pressure while doing this and gap is 3 to 4 days in 2 poop. He is formula fed baby. But he didn't face this problem from last 5 months. Please suggest what to do. I am giving him Gastica drops since his birth.
