My 4year old having cold n cough from past 4days.. Iam giving cold n cough medicine, but no use..now i hv also got cold n cough from her... Is cold n cough communicable diseases???...plz suggest some syrup for my daughter

My daughter is 6 months old, she keeps on spitting milk after every feed. Concern is from past 15 days am noticing some blood traces in the spit up and some brown colour traces. Am very much worried about it. Kindly guide me.

Hi doctor, My 5 month old baby fell from his hammock from a height of 1.5 to 2 feet. After falling he cried for 2 mins and became normal. We took him to opd after few hours. Doctor did physical examination and told that there are no swelling or injury seen and he is doing fine.  And asked us to monitor for any issues. It's been 48 hours since he fell down. He is active, taking feed and playing. Will there any impact in the future because of this fall ? Will it cause any long term issues ? Do we need to go for any scan ? Please help me as am really worried.
