Child Health Issues

My grandson is 4 years old..sincerely afternoon he got 99 fever..after dinner he started vomiting..crying..can't sleep..needs your advice urgently..no other symptoms he has

Dr, My 6 yr old son is having trouble pa ssing in motion. Everytime he is trying to pass stool, he is holding his private part...am giving muout laxative suggested by the doctor...it is loosening his stool of course...but I don't know how to make him get rid of that habit.. Pls suggest why he is holding his private part while trying to pass the stool and how can I stop him from holding his private part. Thank you.

My 2 year old is started showing tantrums for most of the time. he struggles with transition like bed time feeding only by his grandma and going only with his dad also he used to go and have good time with our neighbour suddenly he totally avoid going to their house also he always have fear of strangers if anyone new come to home or we visit some one new he just crying a lot and very tough to calm him also sometimes very particular about his clothes to wear other than that good eye contact highly responsive imitating adults behaviour like household works pls help on this should i take him to behavioural therapist ?

We r  giving sufficient water daily one banana after that also he is having pain while passing motion Wt should we do now ,we should consult pediatrician or surgeon?

My daughter was complaining of stomach ache and had vomiting frequently last 15 days ...we had sonography done its normal and all blood test lft ,lft CBC normal .. creatinine level0 .7 is it normal..?? We have given albendazole.. there is little fluid seen in small intestine...

My 45 days old daughter has congested nose which isn't getting better with nasal saline spray kindly advise me as to wat to do she is unable to sleep at night its been almost 15 days now

At 6 weeks all vaccines except pcv 1 was not given to my baby. Tomorrow his 10 week vaccines are due. Should I give pcv2 or pcv 1 tom?
