Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, I tested COVID positive yesterday despite being fully vaccinated. Have all Common cold symptoms from 4-5 days. However, my son was with me until yesterday and today he is sneezing since morning. Shall I put him on medication already? Or wait for strong symptoms to show. Plz help

My son is 5 years old. From last 10 days I noticed little area of his skull is swollen at his back side of head. That part doesn't have any pain, itching or redness. That part is as hard as skull and area is about like the area of a thumb finger's tip. He does not have any other problem. Activity and feeding normal. No recent injuries (( 3 months before he one day fell down and got hurt in back side, that time he became senseless for few seconds. Pediatrician checked that time. No other problem)). What needs to do?

My baby girl is 5 mnths 26 days old.. Her birthbweighr is 2.8kg and present weight is 5.7 kg... She is on formula nanpro stage 1 since last 2 mnths due to my medical issues.. She takes 5 to 6 feeds of 90ml max.. She doesn't seem to gain much weight.. My pediatrician suggested to start dexolac hi kal as it has higher calories.. But i forgot to ask if I should start it now or after 6 mnths completion.. Pls help.. Also how to shift from one formula to other.. Should all feeds be replaced from the next day Or one feed of new formula to be added day by day.. Pls help

My baby has 101 fever..He is 17 months old and weight is 8.5. Doctor has suggested calpol drops 100 mg 2.5 ml. Is it the right dose according to his weight.please suggest what should be right dose?

My newborn baby of 5 days is suffering from jaundice. And we have exposed our baby to direct and hard sunlight. At the time of  birth baby was very fair and now after exposed to hard sunlight  baby got a very dark complexion. What should i do? Will my baby's white complexion will come back OR he will continue with dark complexion only ?

Hi, My son is around 1.8 years old. However, since last 5-6 months we have observed that his left eye shape is slightly not as elevated in the corner. Thus, shape of both eyes look a little different. Please share some information and advice.
