My daughter is 2 months old.I m not having enough breast milk for my baby so I am giving her cow milk daily. First two months i gave her formula milk NAN pro. I am confused that which one is better for my baby growth formula or cow milk ? Pls suggest

Hi , My baby is 3 yrs old .her ear was pierced on December in a hospital and the earring was surgical steel. Doctor advised to change the earring after 1 month After 1 month, we removed and tried to wear gold one ..but nothing was going in as the hole is really small..so we put back the steel one..twice it thrice we tried and nothing is working. Also she got ear infection on both ears in this time period and we applied neospirin ointment as per doctor's recommendation Now we are not able to change any earring as hole is very small.what can be done
