Child Health Issues

Respected sir/mam, My daughter is one year old on 26th january she has not started walking yet, she stands by holding things, is this normal?What should I include in her diet so that she starts walking quickly? Regards

My son had mouth ulcers occuring twice last month and was prescribed quadragel and Junior Lanzol 15 mg, the latter incase he had gastritis of the stomach. My son got an ulcer on the inner side of the upper lips with little swelling and redness again this month and he complaints of stomach pain too at times. May I know if I should give full tablet or half tablet for 3 days in the morning before food ?

My 6.5 Yrs son got fever yesterday evening with the temperature of 101.9. He also acted differently in the in the night. He starred at one place continuously without blinking eyes and started holding fingers tight like getting ceizure. Fever is reduced to 99.8 now. Giving p250 for him till Now. Can anyone advice if this is something serious to worry abt. Please help.

Currently staying abroad. By mistake I have brought ascoril ls junior instead of ascoril ls drop for my 5 month old son (8kg). Can I give him this medicine? He has been coughing since yesterday and GP has told me to give him cough syrup.

My son has cold since last Friday. He had runny nose but started to subsidise mid week which was then followed by cough again this friday he started coughing and had runny nose both now. Along with that he has fever since yesterday. I have given him levocit, calpol and a cough syrup but nothing seems to be working. What should be done? His fever goes away as soon i give him calpol but returns back after 5-6 hours.

Hello dr ,my daughter suffering from fever last 30 th January to till,or test was done , cbc,degi, typhoid, maleria, COVID every thing was negetive but crp is 65,dr inject antibiotics last 5 days but fever come every 6 to 7 hours tempture is 102 ,plz suggest me

My daughter is completing 3 months and I have been told that the vitamin d3 drops should be given to her for one year. However the doctor didn't mention the quantity.. May I know what is the ml of drops I should give????
