  4. Fever in child. How much we should wait?

Hello My child has fever from last 2 days; reappearing at every 5-6 hrs. Appetite loss, irritated. No cold, cough Calpol 250 was not effective so changed to Meftal-p. What should be the dosage and how much we should wait?
