My boy of 6.5 yrs is 111 CM of height , he weighs 20 kg . Plz tell me if his height is normal .?? I see kids of his age are taller than him. Rest of other things are ok. Should I consult any doctor??

I am observing my son's toilet.
Almost 2 days in a week he do watery toilet all other day he do normal toilet.
No blood,no fever no any other decease.
Is he required to check his stool?
