Wanted to know best ways to top breast feeding for 13 month baby..Baby is eating as well depending on breastfeeding...hence wanted to know the best way to avoid feeding

I am sorry not able to understand your question completely. If you are asking to supplement Breastfeeding with some other milk or formula, that is not needed. If you want to gradually wean off Breastfeeding you can do that. Complementary feeding with grains, fruits and vegetables can continue and gradually increase.
