Child Health Issues

Recently I have noticed my twin sons who are aged 5.5 years sometimes gets engaged touching each others private parts by pulling pants down when no one is around. We noticed it twice and when asked they said to have done this 5-6 times which is a serious concern for us. They also try to hide this when asked. Is it normal or something to be worried. Please advise.

My Daughter is suffering from fever (100.2) We have given T98 4ml at 4.30 PM 12 Mar 2022 but now after approx 4 hours fever is bot coming down. what should we do now?
