Less urine frequency in 10month baby
Hi doctor Since one month my 10 month old baby boy's urine frequency has decreased to only 3 to 4 urine in 24hrs. And that too the duration is too long like 5 6hrs between 2 urines. Also he doesn't pass any urine overnight. We did his urine test (as attached) please check and recommend what can be done. We give him iron drops since last one month and vitamin d3 drops. reduced frequency of urine shud be co related with water intake or in infancy with breastfeeding and diet. also do check the pad for any urination frequently it is missed n parents tend to check it externally like nap weight. get urine culture and monitor if possible how much quantity of urine he passes in 24 hr done. can easily be done by using napkin calculated  weight and subtracting stool and napkin original weight.
