My 11 months son's body temperature is getting high after he wakes up from sleep,we gave paracetamol and mefenamic acid/paracetamol drops for 2 times, after giving the drops the temperature is decreasing and after sleep getting high. The temperature is fluctuating, what to do to reduce to normal range, now the temperature is 101'F.

My 3 month old daughter used to pass stools two times everyday r sometimes wafter every feed bit from last three days my baby has not pooped and constantly grunts and puts pressure to poop. Hello, I delivered baby 7 days ago and she got Jaundice as well as there was weight loss from 2.8kg to 2.3kg My breast is not so much generating I feel which is making my baby can't sleep continuously for 2 hrs. Milk comes and goes off and I don't use any formula powder Can you suggest what must be the quantity of milk for a new born per feeding ? How much feeding per day is needed ? How to increase the breast milk naturally ? Any other things to keep in mind while breast feeding ? Thank you
