Child Health Issues

My baby is 4.5 months old. He is having combined feeds. Till now we were using the formula "Similac Total comfort". He used to have reflux initially for 3-3.5 months. Now we came to our hometown and can't find the same formula anywhere. Can we change the formula? If yes, which is a good alternative?

My son is 4.5 yrs and weighs 15kg. He is having blocked/stuffy nose since a week. Consulted local doctor who prescribed ventryl d syrup along with antibiotic. I said he doesn't have cough but doctor insists to give it. Please can you clarify if need to use a different syrup The mucus sometimes is reddish due to blood mix since yesterday.

I took my 4.5 yr old kid to a general duty doctor for unsettled cold, occasional wet cough and nasal congestion which lead him breathe through the nose after taking Advent syrup,  montecope for 5 days with paracetamol in the first day when there was fever. Covid sort of ran in the family and everyone recovered except this unsettling symptom in the child. The doctor recommended Wintus D syrup - 3ml x 3 times × 2 days. Is it okay to use this adult syrup in children? He also advised blood screening for Typhoid and Dengue. But my kid usually has cough not settling upto 2 weeks whenever he gets cold fever. Are those blood tests necessary?

My baby is 7 month old and problem is that we tried cerelac & Nan pro but both the time he vomits continuously. But he needs some outside food as his mother milk supply is decreased and he need some food. What should be the alternative??

Hi my baby is 2 1/2 months old her birth weight is 2.7 now she is 5kg i am giving aptamil formula 90 ml per feed sometimes she completes the bottle sometimes she leaves20 ml milk most of the time she leaves atleast 20 to 30 ml milk the interval between each feed she is taking 3 to 3 1/2 hr time .i am confused whether she is taking the right amount of milk or not plz suggest and she also pass the urine more than 6 times a day

Sir my child is 5 year of age since day before tomorrow he is going potty ( stool) 3 times normally 1 stool everyday but since day before yesterday 3 stool with Little mucousy consistency not watery but little mucousy type and stool is not enough in one time like he is going 3 times but each time quantity of stool is little only please advise treatment

Hiiii...my daughter is two and half years old...her weight is 16kg.... from two days she constipated...she has different type of constipation.her stool is large and also dry in starting after this rest of stool is soft...she was crying when her stool comes.she passes stool everyday.sometime she goes second time but second time she doesn't cry...she drank juice and eat healthy diet..but drink less water... what we do... which diet she follows... please help

Hello sir my child is 5 year old normally he go for stool one time but from day before yesterday he is going 3 times with runny consistency please tell why this is stool is not watery but runny in consistency eating habits is normal but he is few times telling that little pain in stomach but within 2-3 min if I asked next time telling no pain please advise
