I am observing protruding ribs of my 1 year old kid. In standing position it's normal. It occurs when he is lying down. Also one side its more prominent. What can be the cause.? Attaching pic for more details

Hi, My niece is 2 and half month old. Her genital area looks different.. Tongue like part , white in color is projecting little bit from the genital area. My 40days old girl is having continuous yellow water dysentery in very small coinsize amount From last 2-3 days all the time she is leaking as whenever Im checking and cleaning she is  pooping yellowish water from anus continue because of which she is also having rash.
