I want to nebulize my 6.5 yr old daughter as she has lot of cough inside.. please suggest medicine and quantity to be given?

My son has been complaining of stomach pains occasionally and passes motion once in 3 days usually since recently. He goes to school and suddenly got a fever yesterday. It's been coming and going as we give paracetamol drops. Started yesterday afternoon now a whole day like this now. He mentioned mouth pain today morning seems like a throat pain as he complains when taking liquids also. No other symptoms other than a fever right now. The fever usually averages 38.5- 39 and then drops with medicine. A snap of the mouth attached doubtful if it's an ulcer.

My2.5.year old son is suffering from cough with mucus and mild.running nose and inconveniences from last 1 week. I give Alex syrup buy not that much helpful.giving warm fluids also.pls.reccomend good.medicine.

I would like to know the power and dosage of Emeset syrup for 9 Years old child. Please let me know. Thank you

Does fish oil help in speech delay and lack of attention, child's age is 3 years ,vocabulary is not at par with her peers ,however please note we give her Vitcofol (iron) and Gemcal every alternate day ,so kindly advise if we should start giving her fish oil as well along with Vitcofol and Gemcal. Hello Doctor, my son is 9 months old. We are giving him solid food 3 time s a day, 1 snack and mother feed. He poops 2-3 times everyday and yesterday one time I found it green color and liquid. After that it was semi solid yellow. Today morning it was normal but evening it is green colour and liquid again. I would like to understand if this is normal or should we give some treatment.

Body little darker .hand wheatish. Why uneven skin tone. If his skin tone wipp change which is likely going to be his skin colour. Im just curious
