Dry cough and fever and harsh voice
Hello,
My baby was all okay until evening but his temperature was gradually increasing so I gave him P250 drops, Ambrodil S & Allegra (suggested by my doc a week ago).
His temperature didn't break so after 4 hrs I gave meftagesic DS after some time his temperature got down.
When he coughs sound was very harsh and barky. Could anyone help me on this?
