Child Health Issues

Hi My son is 2 years old. He has been suffering from developmental delay and having behivioural issue. He passes every day hard stool. Even he takes proper liquid  still very hard stool. It takes 15-20 minutes to pass stool. Till than he runs here and there sit stand many times . Also He can't sleep better in night. He keeps tossing in night. He sleeps late night and takes arround 1-1.5 hour for us to get him sleep. He sometimes put is cheek on my stomach on My legs turn here and there. Apart of this he rubs his nose put finger inside nostrill keep rubbing eyes too without any illness. Even he rubs his nose on pillow bedsheets. And many times he wakeup from sleep because of this itching in nose. Suggest some medicine for soft stool or constipation and also for nose allergy and sleep issue. I have listened melanotin but don't know dose and brand help me

My 8 month daughter wakes up crying intensely at midnight. she doesnot open her eyes nor respond to mothers call or soothing efforts

Doctor told to give ranidom pd in the morning before breakfast...I just gave him calpol for fever how much gap must be there in between two syrups?

My baby have only one tooth on lower side from last one month . Now she is 1 year old . Still she have only one tooth .

My daughter every day feel that her right leg's thiegh's underpart  is itching(not skin part itching ).and she hit her thiegh like boxing in her hand .im worried is this any serious problem or anything else plz suggest .thanks

Hi Dr.. my daughter is 2 months n 5 days old recently I noticed clear liquid like (2-3 spoons) comes out from her mouth .. no discomfort or anything to her but I'm just concerned .. is it normal ?

Baby having fever and I gave crosin syrup 3ml for two times still not controlled. No runny nose till now, but sneezing and coughing, please help me regarding this. My brother is under hepA virus  and jaundice treatment from 20 days and having cold also from 3 days.
