I have 2 months daughter..she had her 1st vaccination which is painless.. I want to know that painful vaccination is better or painless. What is differences between these two vaccination. May I go with painless?

My baby girl is 10 months old. Her skin color become darken day by days. I thought it's set in 7 months.. that time her skin color was bright but now her skin color is darkening. I completely understand that skin color is depending on race and genes, but her color is dark than both of us.. She is on iron , calcium and vitamin D medicine and taking proper food and maintaining hygiene. My question is what to do to make her brighter skin tone.

My house dog bite my 1 year baby. No bleeding and No open wound. Dog is partially vaccinated. Pediatrician gave R MAB RIG VACCINE vaccine yesterday. She is having fever from yesterday night. Is this fever due to vaccine or any other medical condition.im giving her crocin drops 0.8ml . When should I take her to pediatrician regarding this fever. Is there any food I should avoid giving my daughter.
