Care AI Shimmer
Hello.. This is Dr Rubal.. For home care of cold, may I suggest the following: 1. Hydrate - Give plenty of fluids 2. Rest - Keep at home, give rest 3. Steam - Give plain water steam inhalation for 15-20 minutes, atleast 2 times a day 4. Nasal suction - If your child is able to blow his nose, do that to keep his nose clean. Or you can use soft silicone nasal aspirator to clean his nose frequently 5. Superfoods - Give Vitamin C rich diet at home. Give simple fresh home cooked food 6. Observe closely: in case of any new symptoms, please consult.
