Autism or iron deficiency
My two year old has been detected autism at 14 months till now I haven't started his therapy however he has been on GSCF diet for the past 10 months. Without therapy he has started speaking many words, started copying some actions and every action from rhymes he watches.
Could it be possible his symptoms will reverse as he don't have any repetitive and unsual behaviors except lack of name response and eye contact?

So lack of name response and eye contact is a very poor prognosis.
Should start for occupational therapy as early as possible so that you don't regret for life.
Don't present lightly as this phase is the most effective phase of treated.
