  4. Fever doesn't reduce for 4 days. Step?

Fever doesn't reduce for 4 days
My 4 .7 yr old son has been running fever 102 for 4 days inspite of taking cal pol for every 5 hrs. Please advise what should be the next step? As we have already consulted paediatric twice in 4 days.
