7.5 month Baby fell from bed
My 7.5 month's old baby fell from bed.
And cried but stopped crying after taking him up.
No symptoms as such.
He is active and playing as well.
Please help me .
Should I take him to hospital.

No need. Observe for vomiting excessive crying or drowsiness or bleed in ear nose for 24 to 48 hours
