Children use to get viral infection once in 3 months pre-covid but during covid there was no community contact for more than 2 years.
So as schools have started and there community contact has increased, they are going to have repeated viral infections for few months or this year.
As the viral infection that happens once in 3 months is now happening repeatedly ie once in 15 days.
Following measures can be taken:
Hand washing
Healthy home made food
Flu vaccination
Cough hygiene can be taught as majority are due to respiratory infections
