My nephew has tooth pain. His age is 5 year. What can I give to him to subsidize pain. Today is Sunday so all clinic is closed today. Would you please help me ?

We are giving this syrup (MICOB Methylcobalamine 1000 mcg Syrup) to our 7 month old baby from last 20 days. Initially the color of this syrup was light Pink, but yesterday in  overnight the syrup color was changed to light yellow. Is it safe to continue or we should buy new bottle of this syrup?? Or  this syrup changes color and it is normal and safe to continue??

7 month old baby have constipated for three days and now  Have high fever from night. no other symptoms

My son is 7 and half month old. He weighs 6kgs. He will roll on but he haven't started crawling. He will feed less from 3 months of his age. Is it fine with less weight and not achieving milestones on time

My daughter is having fever which is going beyond 103.my dr gave pacimol mf 250.can i give her crocin ds 240 if the fever returns before 6hrs.how much gap should be there between the  two medicines.

Hi Experts, My baby is 4 months old wt around 7 kgs. She is having loose stool and stomach discomfort for past 15 20 days. I got the stool test done and it had mucus + and polymorphonuclear leukocytes 5 to 7 hpf. We gave entroflora probiotics(prescribed by doctor) for 5 days and got the stool test done again and it also has pus cells 6 to 10 hpf. Doctor has prescribed walamycin ds but we missed to check and in lack of availability we gave walamycin 3 doses already. Now they have prescribed taxim o because of lack of availability of walamycin ds. Please suggest what should I do. Wanted to know if I should continue walamycin or start taxim o in between. Sorry for long query.

Hi, my son diagnosed with urine infection yesterday. he crying lot before urine. his temp is between 98.5-99.6. if he pee every half hour then there is no pain. if there is a gap of more than 1 hour, then he cry a lot before peeing. our doctor gave zifi. and adviced for iv trips, if pain is still there. his pain is lot. is there any alternative to control or cure, without trips.

Hi My daughter is 23days born she passes normal stool after immediately little she will pass like foam kind is it normal to have it have like that or anything is suiting her Can you please some one suggest

My doctor suggested health ok syrup for my 2.5 month baby...1 ml per day..But on bottol it is written ...1 ml per day for children above 2 years...Now I am confuse ..Should I give same dose ...Is there any need to give multivitamin syrup to 2.5 month baby...Pls see attachment
