Not eating food
My daughter is 2.10 yrs old,she is not eating anything since 1 month,her weight has reduced,current weight is 13.4kgs,i tried giving her different types of food but still its a NO,Can i give her syrup Becosules for appetite??? Plz help.Thanks

Fever from yesterday evening
My son had fever from yesterday Dr give me p250 but after 3 hour fever will occur what should I do now ...meftal p tab also if fever is above 102 now fever is around 101 and I gave medicine around 9.25 pm so can I gave the medicine now or wait.for sometimes

Vomiting at night
My son is 6yrs 10 months old . Since last 3 days he is vomiting during during mid night ( 1 hrs after sleeping )Vomit is watery type .day time there is no vomiting but only at night . He is coughing also .
