Hello, My baby is recovering from croup/covid. He is pale yellow color stools. He is still taking pecef 100 dt tab antibiotic. Is it the side effects of tablet? Kindly suggest

I gave him calpol 250 mg 5pm then 9:30 pmand that time his fever was 100.4. Now at 3 am his fever is 102. Can i give him meftal p or repeat calpol. He is 4 years 9 months. Weigh:15 kg If meftal p then how much?

Hello,           My nephew is 9 months old. He has hole in his heart. Also, his body is not growing and his head is bigger than body. He has some respiratory problems also. He can't take breathe properly. He is sick every other day. He has fever, wet cough, cold . Doctors has given medicines - arbidit, tonoferon, calcimax. But, no result. Plz tell, he is normal or he has some problem or any disease or syndrome. Will he grow or not?
