What is medicine to be put in nebulizer

My five year old son is having his nose jammed with cough at night time. He is having difficulty in breathing. What is the medicine to be put in nebulizer for him? Could you please give me best suggestions.

Need for nebulisation in your child should be assessed by doctor.As nebulisation should always be given with oxygen,home nebulisation is not safe
