How long Alcarex can be given? Another paed has recommended mezol drops and refresh tears. Should we use these to reduce redness?

I have 4.5 years old son.. He is getting stomach pain for every month.. While he is getting pain then that day he will definitely get fever. We went to hospital and used that doctor recommended medicine.. Then that time he is ok.. After one month again same thing is happening.. That time he is also not go to free motion..
