Child Health Issues

My baby is 2 month old. I am using diapers to him only during night time for 9-10 hrs. The diaper packet mention that it has 12 hrs absorption capacity and it has lotion with aloe vera so no rashes. My baby also not get any rashes by using this diapers till now. So is it ok to use diapers for overnight or should i have to change it after 2-3 hrs?

My nephew aged 7year , from last few days he is not willing to eat and feel like vomit and week and c, blood report shows ESR high 45, sgpt 36 , sgot 45.. , he has cold , blood report attached kindly , is there anything to worry ??

My son is 1 month old.. i breastfeed him. the problem is , I have spondylitis problem.. so due to c section and spondylitis i am feeling severe back pain due to breastfeeding while sitting.. may I bottle feed him breastmilk through colic free bottle sometimes. specially at night time.

Hi, It's been one month I had c section and delivered baby boy. But the problem is I am not getting enough breastmilk. Hardly getting 20-25 ml. So everytime I am feeding my baby first 15-20 min i am giving breastmilk then feeding with formula milk. So, can I feed my baby like one after the other or will it be a problem?

First my mom had viral fever then after her my Baby had fever for one day before 100 degree , doc gave sumol paracetamol drop then next two days no fever and again now getting fever
