My baby is 4 and half months old weighing 5.4 kgs .can I give her dexolac to gain weight.. please suggest

My 2 months 20 days daughter is having loose motion with mucus for last 5 days 8 -10 motion daily. In last two motion had loose motion with mucus and some blood. I am giving enterogermina 1 amp once daily for last 4 days . She is looking normal and feeding well. She is only having mother's milk for last 5 days. Please advice as even after 5 days there is not much improvement.

How quickly does weather change impact my 3 year son. As in do we see him getting impacted by weather 2 days after weather changes or sooner? He is highly allergic.

Hello my 3.5 month baby caught cold , he weighs 7.6 kg and is on formula.There is a sound of mucous which is very bad and he is coughing very harshly. He has been prescribed omnacortil syrup, levolin syrup and suspension clamp each for 5days. Only a day of the medicines doses has been completed. I am also giving him nasoclear for 2 times a day. He is vomiting a lot where it is only mucous , also with his stool a lot of mucous is passing. Still the mucous sound in his breathe and cough is there . Are the medicines prescribed safe to give to him.

My baby has had a wet cough for three days. Visited doctor. I'm giving kufrills drops daily, three times six mo from two days. Still, it's not coming down. What do I do? Sometimes his nose is also blocked. For that, I'm putting nasovion drops.

Hi Doctor, My baby is 68 days old and exclusively on breastfeeding. But baby is refusing to breastfeed from last 6-7 days. He takes feed sometimes in sleep and that too in smaller quantity. He is keeping a gap of 5-6 hrs between each feed. Till last week he was taking feed at a gap of one and half hour. Urine output is (8-9 times) as of now. Starts crying while I bring him towards the breast for feeding Birth weight : 2.7 kg Current weight: 4.7kg Kindly advise what to be done

My 5month old forehead is always hot. She has no fever. She is active and feeding properly. Is it normal for forehead to be hot?

My wife had teeth pain and dentist gave following medicine. (1) Acceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase tab for 3 day(2) ofloxacin & ornidazole tab 3 day (3) ketorolac trometnamine 10mg for 1 day Can she breast feed  21 days old baby girl while taking these medicine? We also give nestle prenan to baby. Please suggest.

Devansh got fever in every 15-20 days. From last 2 months it's the same situation. We consulted 3 different doctor but there is no improvement. Every doctor told it's normal because of rainy season. It was never before in past 4 years. We feel something is wrong with him. This may be big problem.
