Baby born 32 week, weight as per doctor 1750 gm , baby cried loudly when born. Is this right amount of oxygen he give?

This pic is just showing warmer temperature but not any pulse oximeter reading.Preterm babies usually have respiratory distress and are prone to infections better avoid carrying mobiles to NICU near to your babies they may be source of infection
